Week 2: Market Planning (Mission Statements)


Chapter 2 had alot to do with brand loyalty, and the way that businesses ty to connect on a personal level with their consumers. They connect on a personal level with their consumers through a "mission statement." I was at McDonalds last week and saw that McDonalds has many mission statements, but the one that most people know is, "I'm Lovin It." Its safe to say that probably everyone has atleast eaten at McDonalds once, and I feel that their mission statement is to try to connect with the consumers in a way to have them think and believe that they love McDonalds!
